WTH is wrong with these stupid sellers

For the 2nd time in 3 weeks I've won an Ebay auction for a Dark Alliance Lady Death Alive variant. Both times I've received from the sellers the regular Lady Death figure.

Am I doomed to never own this one figure that is missing from my Dark Alliance collection?

The first seller refunded me $3 out of the $9 and let me keep the figure. I'm waiting now for the 2nd seller to respond.

So, anyone need a Lady Death figure?

Do you have a pic of what fig you're looking for?
My local comic shop has a few of the Dark Alliance figs. I'll stop in & give a look.

Dolph, yer halfway right.

there's a version of LD in ser 2 that has a diff face, and packed with a wolf, but only available in the white skin, not the Caucasian(sp)...

the LD Alive does not come with a wolf.

Here's the one I'm after. The differences are the color of the skin and the 'Alive' under Lady Death on the card. This is also what was pictured in both auctions I won, and both of them sent me the figure in my first post, bastids.
